Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote based on photos is our best assessment of the damage shown; if the damage turns out to be materially different in person, we will explain why and agree any revised price with you before starting work.

Scope of work

We carry out cosmetic mobile bodywork repairs. We do not undertake structural repairs, panel replacement, repairs where rust has come through from behind a panel, or work on vehicles where airbags have deployed. If your job falls into one of those categories we will tell you and recommend a fixed site bodyshop.

Access and conditions

Mobile repairs need safe access to the vehicle and reasonable working conditions. If weather or site conditions make a proper finish impossible on the day, we will rearrange rather than rush the job.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in advance. For jobs outside our core area, any travel arrangement such as a call out charge or deposit will be agreed with you up front before booking.

Insurance

We hold public liability insurance. Details are available on request.

Complaints

If something is not right, contact us at ragan@alfiesbodyshop.co.uk or 07949 987483 and we will put it right or explain what has happened. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
