Who we are

Alfie's Bodyshop Mobile ("we", "us") provides mobile vehicle bodywork repair services across Glasgow and surrounding areas. This site is alfiesbodyshop.co.uk. You can contact us about anything in this policy at ragan@alfiesbodyshop.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you provide: your name, phone number, vehicle registration, postcode and your message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange any work you book. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and forwarded to us by email.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or through our quote portal, we receive the information you choose to send, including any photos of your vehicle. We use it for the same purposes.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or use it for anything beyond responding to you and carrying out work you ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, carry out the work and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Email ragan@alfiesbodyshop.co.uk and we will sort it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.

Third party services

Our quote portal is provided by Smart Estimator and is subject to its own privacy terms. This site is hosted by Netlify. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
